Salary 18-18,500k
My client is a world leading manufacturer and market leader in their field.
They are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their busy team.
The Main Duties for the Sales Administrator
Be the first response to all phone calls
Process orders received by phone, fax, email and area managers
Respond to customer requests for information relating to orders, availability, costs, delivery etc
Deal with account applications and client correspondence
Liaise closely with the sales managers and assist with admin
Assist with invoicing
Maintain orderly files for invoices, and dispatch notices
Advise customers of any change to pricing structures and inform of dealer discount issues
Responsible for organising carrier collections
Resolve any customer complaints or queries.
The Successful Applicant for the Sales Administrator
Will have previous experience in a similar role
Must have excellent communication skills able to liaise well at all levels
Strong computer skills
Must be a team player but also able to work well on own.
