This fantastic Didsbury restaurant is looking for a Head Chef to lead the briagde as the group develops

The Role

A talented, team focused and ambitious Head Chef is needed to manage this large kitchen brigade and continue this sites huge success.

You are likely to have some corporate experience and therefore awareness of financials and margin control but must have the flair and creativity to deliver this extensive fresh menu.. You must have evidence of successfully managing and developing a team along with hitting targets. You MUST have managed a high volume, high pressure fresh food kitchen.
