Protocol Education are looking for caring individuals to provide classroom support and support for students with special needs to work in our Hertfordshire based primary schools. You will need to show that you are flexible and committed in your approach so that you can support children with a range of needs.

Successful candidates will be required to both work one to one and/or lead a group of children with various special needs which may include ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD and speech and language difficulties.

As a specialist LSA successful candidates will need the following skills and qualifications:
Experience working with children in a classroom or non-classroom setting
Excellent communication skills, the ability to use initiative and work well under pressure.
Be able to differentiate work to support needs of children
