Eden Global are working with a leading International Consultancy who many consider to be a market leader in Town Planning within the UK. Within this Consultancy we are seeking a Planning Director who has great market knowledge to spearhead the Planning team within Cardiff.

Within your role as Planning Director you will lead a multi-discipline Planning team who deal with a diverse range of clients that cover Residential, Retail, Commercial and Leisure projects but also work with Urban Design, Transportation and Drainage.

Planning Director role;

* Develop, motivate and manage the Planning team

* Develop and support the business vision within the region whilst winning work

* Being accountable for project delivery, budget and managing clients expectations

* Promote and develop staff internally

Candidate Background;

* Proven business winner

* Experienced with leading complex planning projects

* Exceptional experience within Town Planning at a Senior level

* Degree level or equivalent experience - Member of Fellow of professional body
