My fabulous Surrey based client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Tailor-Made Travel Consultant who has sold and extensively travelled to Africa, to specialise in bespoke African safari travel itineraries! This role will reward you with a fantastic basic salary & OTE plus the working hours are amazing!

TRAVEL CONSULTANT JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Create tailor-made luxury holidays to Africa.
* Dealing with clients and suppliers over the phone, email, and face-to-face
* Ensure arrangements of flights, hotels, lodges and excursions are booked accurately
* Discuss holiday requirements whilst putting your own travel knowledge forward
* Handle any customer queries relating to a confirmed holiday
* Work towards set target
* Participation in the Out of Hours Emergency Phone rota

TRAVEL CONSULTANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Tailor-made travel sale experience selling holidays and safaris to Africa
* A passion for Africa with a proven travel profile to the country, in particular Southern and East Africa, including at least one of South Africa, Botswana, Kenya or Tanzania
* Excellent attention to detail with a good communication style, with good telephone and written skills.
* Good organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
* Good numeracy and computer skills.

THE PACKAGE:
An excellent basic salary of up to £28k + commission giving you an OTE in the region of £33k!! You can also expect fantastic company benefits plus Monday - Friday working hours!
