This role is a full time day position for a initial period of three months with the potential to increase.

Hours of work would either be; 07:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 21:00 over a 7 day period, with a pay rate of £8.50 per hour plus holiday pay!

You'll be working both as part of a team and on an individual basis to help children and young people develop, learn and increase their independence through person centred care, you'll carry out activities to encourage learning, build their understanding of the world and ultimately help them become an independent young adult. This role does involve challenging behaviour; it is an advantage to have Physical Intervention training.

The succesfull applicant would need to have/be;

A degree, NVQ/ QCF Level 3 in childcare studies (that you are able to evidence),

PAID UK care experience for a minimum period of 6 months,

Flexible,

Able to work full time (7 days per week),

A driver due to the location of the service not being accessible via public transport,

Available ASAP.
