Are you an experienced support professional who would relish an opportunity to work for a leading Welsh mental health and wellbeing charity? If so, BRC have a temporary role available in the north of Swansea for a Tenancy Support Worker to start in November.

Your potential employer has successfully provided a wide range of support services to various clients with mental health issues over the past 20 years. Each year they support over two thousand people to effectively manage their mental health and make long-lasting changes in the areas of their lives that are currently not working for them.

Primarily your role will be to provide support to people in their own homes to maintain their individual health and wellbeing where their tenancy may be at risk. You will work to ensure that any potential housing crises are averted, through ensuring that benefits are in place, or that rent arrears and tenancy issues are being positively managed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an ambitious, determined and enthusiastic individual who can inspire and support vulnerable people to exceed their expectations.

Working under a respected and longstanding manager, you will be given the autonomy to manage your own workload and will additionally benefit from flexible working conditions. You will also be entitled to a competitive hourly rate, business mileage and free onsite parking.
