Due to expansion our Permanent Specialist Division is looking to add two new recruiters to the established team.
You will have a strong sales focus and be working with and managing key Pin Point clients, so being able to build relationships quickly is essential, plus detailed knowledge of recruitment processes & HR is a real benefit for this role.
The Permanent Specialist Team focuses on middle management roles across the UK, recruiting the very best talent across a range of functions and sectors.
Key Sectors: - Logistics & Transport, Manufacturing & Printing, IT & Technology, Construction & Engineering, HR & Commercial.
You will provide real market insight to clients, candidate mapping, bench marking and head hunting.
Responsibilities of this role:
Developing and maintaining a client base through sales calls and client meetings
Providing a comprehensive service to clients recruiting staff to their organisations
Interviewing & networking
Maintaining and updating the database of clients and candidates
Writing copy for advertisements
Dealing with payroll queries
Providing advice to job seekers on industry trends and job seeking skills
Requirements for this role
Previous recruitment experience- ideally on an Permanent or long term interim desk
Commercially astute & revenue orientated
Sector knowledge / Sector specialist within your chosen field
Written and verbal communication skills
IT skills including Microsoft office
Ability to multi task, work under pressure and to key performance indicators
Self-motivated and driven
Sales & account development
