Contracts Manager: Utilities
Full time Permanent

Due to growth within our business we have immediate requirement for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee Utility projects throughout the North East of England.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for overseeing operational and technical elements of multiple utility projects
Responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered within financial budget and tight time constraints with regular reports back to the board. This includes overseeing profit & loss accounts
You will be required to manage KPIs and production of staff
Monitoring site Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental issues; working closely with the SHEQ Team
Responsibility for the management of subcontractors, plant and materials
In this role you will be a key contact in liaising with the client and local authorities whilst conducting regular progress meetings
Requirements:
You should have 5- 10 years management experience working on Utility projects Ideally for a main contractor
You should have an excellent knowledge of Utility projects and legislation within the Utilities Industry
You should be professionally qualified with NRSWA Supervisor and NEBOSH / IOSH as a minimum
You should have an excellent commercial understanding and be proficient in Microsoft Office packages
