About the company

A specialist in the supply and fixing of flat roofing systems and a majority of wall cladding and an expert in both single ply systems and built up roofing.

Delivering into Industrial and Commercial markets the scope of project include complete maintenance works, slating and lead work to protected buildings.

Role outline

Working alongside the Director, you will managing the design process using your commercial, contractual, programme/time awareness and technical expertise.

Role specification:

* Supporting, understanding and advising to the requirements and obligations in the development of a project design;
* Encouraging and inspiring the team from the Design conception onward in a cost effective way;
* Ensuring the design process recognises current legislation, standards and codes of practice, where appropriate;
* Ensuring design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timescales;
* Elimination of health and safety risks in the design and financial risks during construction.
* Critically you will demonstrate a high degree of AutoCAD 2D / 3D proficiency
