Working across sectors this is a company that deliver into high specification Residential, Commercial and Heritage markets. Offering turnkey New Build through to bespoke specialist packages, this is a company with a strong track record across the country and a business that operates on the cutting edge.

Centrally based in London your project portfolio will include both Residential and Commercial markets and will offer you scope across New build developments up to £5Million and Fit out / Refurbishment.

You will be joining an experience and high performing team and the salary on offer will be flexible for the right person and based upon individual experience.

Critically you will have small/medium principle contractor experience.

Responsibilities include:

* Managing tenders
* Determine contractual, financial, technical and operational risks and finding opportunities to minimise risk and maximise gross profit
* Compiling the estimate book
* Working with the team to assess and implement strategy.
* Procurement department management
* Taking off quantities
* Sending out for material & subcontract quotes
* Carrying out comparisons
* Tender & Material cost analysis
