Account Manager required to join an incredibly innovative and creative company based in Colchester, Essex. Established over 26 years ago the company are highly respected within the events and exhibition industry. The company offers full-service production and experiential marketing services on a global scale meaning the right candidate will need to open to international travel.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop the relationship with the client and have a thorough understanding the marketing needs of the client
Work closely with production and creative teams to come up with the visuals to go back and present them to the client and be responsible for the project from start to finish
Manage the production team in making sure that everything is in place and as designed
Liaise with the client on site make sure they are happy and to be on site from the beginning to end
Operate as a point of contact for any and all matters specific to the accounts that you are supporting on
Complete full marketing briefs to gain in-depth knowledge of the client's requirements
Assist to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Assist to develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
Assist in the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives and in line with agreed budgets/profit margins
Help to identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales teams to maximise growth opportunities
Assist with the development and creation of budgets and estimates for studio-based projects and solutions
To support the Admin team as required to ensure all company templates & estimates are produced in line with agreed requirements
To monitor Adnet monthly and check that projects have been estimated/invoiced and have made agreed margins. Raise any profitability concerns with Account Directors

About you
You will have previous experience as an account executive looking for a step up or an experienced account manager who is looking for a more varied marketing bias role. Previous experience with events and exhibitions will be highly advantageous as you will need to be fully aware of industry terminology and ideally have been in a 360 marketing role previously.
