A Property business in Derby are looking for a Contract Scheduler for a private business to join a fast paced office.

The business started in 1991 who provides building and electrical services to a broad range of public and private sector organisations underpinned by a focus on quality, response and value for money.

You will be dealing with requests for planned and reactive works and allocate jobs on the internal system including emergency jobs.
Schedule work where requested and track all works until completion.

The ideal candidate needs to have housing association or building maintenance experience and have worked in a busy fast paced environment planing in housing projects.

Working to Monday to Friday 40 hours a week, salary is £18,720 per annum rising to £19,760 after 6 months.
