An exciting all day Melbourne style Australian Brasserie by day, that is a busy dining spot by night, which has ambitious plans to expand.
The restaurant has a modern feel and offers lots of choice, including many delicious vegetarian dishes, many with a Middle Eastern or Australian slant.

The Role:

You`re an experienced and ambitious Chef de Partie that wants to boost their career by joining a new addition to London`s dining scene that is planning to grow and provide the progression opportunities you deserve.
You want to make a long term career move and share in the success of a growing company while learning from our client`s team and head chef.
Your self-motivation and ability to learn quickly means you`re well placed to join our client`s great team.
You will be responsible for preparation and service of our client`s menus and driving their brand standards.
You will be driving our clients` brand standards while working under direction from our experienced head chefs while progressing through our clients` kitchen training programme
