Sales Advisor

Salary - Up to £18,000 Depending on experience

Hours - Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am and 8pm

Search Consultancy are delighted to be working with our client based in the City Centre of Glasgow who are looking to recruit a number of Direct Claims Specialists to join their team at an exciting period of Growth.

You will be offering services to customers through promoting the companies products and services. This role is predominantly telephone based therefore you will have excellent communication skills in order to promote the products and services over the phone.

The ideal candidate will have some sales experience as the role is target driven, so it is essential that you have experience within an outbound sales role or within an environment where you have had experience of cross selling or up selling. You will be responsible for achieving your own individual targets however you will also work as part of a large team to achieve the overall business objectives.

You will:

* Have previous experience within a customer facing role
* Be able to demonstrate evidence of excellent communication skills
* Have numeracy and literacy skills to GCSE level (Maths and English Grade C or above
* Good computer skills
* Sales experience within an outbound or inbound role where you are used to working towards set targets
* Understanding of the FCA and Regulatory Compliance
