This opportunity for an Operations Manager is an exciting new opening for an engineering consultancy business who supply into the Motorsport, Automotive and Aerospace industries. The salary will be depending upon experience but will range from ?70,000 - ?90,000 p/a plus benefits on a permanent basis.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for providing strategic direction for a new production facility. This will include defining the specification for the production facility, plan budget, and to define production methods for low-mid volume to include layout, automation, capital expenditure etc.

Previous experience should include Manufacturing or Production management experience, experience in setting up a new facility, project management including budgets, quotes, scheduling, people management. Previous Automotive experience is highly desirable due to the nature of the work.
