Head of Beauty Operations***Multi Award Winning Company***

A Hair and Beauty Group with unfaltering belief in providing the highest standard of hairdressing, alongside exceptional customer service, has led to them being at the very forefront of hairdressing.

Head of Beauty is required for a multi award winning Hairdressers; with huge expansion plans in 2018, this newly created role will drive performance of the Beauty element of the business.

Initially leading a handful of beauty stores in London, including the flagship salon in Central London, the Head of Beauty will be responsible for delivering the KPI`s, Finance goals and Customer Experience.

Previous operational experience pitching to board level is vital for this position, you will have total autonomy and able to make the role your own.
