Experienced Vehicle Service Advisor wanted in Reading!

Our Client, a Commercial Vehicle Main Dealership in Reading are looking for an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to add to their team of highly skilled professionals. Belonging to part of a large automotive group throughout Berkshire, the opportunity for progression and development is massive.

Located in Reading, the ideal candidate will live within the local area or within a sensible commute.

Previous Main Car Dealership background would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in maintaining working relationships with Vehicle Technicians / Mechanics, Automotive Administrators, the Vehicle Parts staff, and the Vehicle Service Manager. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- To greet customers & correctly interpret their needs for Vehicle Service and requirements and establishing method of payment and obtaining order numbers.
- To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of vehicle service, repair and warranty policies and product changes.
- Courteous and efficient use of the telephone.
- To advise on all service/repair matters.
- To supply estimates for necessary.

Our Client is offering a strong basic salary depending on experience with an additional bonus scheme in place! Monday to Friday working hours 8 - 6, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8 - 12.
