Business Support Administrator required in the Carlisle area, to start as soon as possible.
This is for 3 days per week 22.5 hours, working until the project is finshed or 31st March 2018.
The role will involve:
* Reconciling Direct Payments & Individual Service Funds's against the PrePaid Card information from the Card Providers Website
* Processing invoices on the internal accounting system
* General admin tasks to support the Brokerage Team, such as producing documents using Excel & Word, ringing round care providers for their capacity
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in a relevant subject or equivilent experience in the relevant areas
* Experience in a financial background would be an advantage
* Good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
