Job Title: Factory Technical Manager
Location: West Sussex
Salary: Circa £60k

Factory Technical Manager - The Candidate:

* Do you have at least 5 years' experience in Quality / Technical Management with a fast-paced Food Manufacturing company?
* Are you up to date with BRC version 7 audit requirements, as well as those of some of the major retailers?
* Do you have HACCP and Food Safety qualifications?
* Can you demonstrate that you have raised the Quality standards in the factories that you have worked?

Factory Technical Manager - The Role:

* Manage the company's site Technical Quality team to ensure that the company's products are manufactured to standards that meet or exceed all agreed internal or external specifications.
* Develop and maintain a robust auditing programme that continues to meet the requirements set by all the BRC and all major retailers.
* Be customer facing on all technical issues and support the commercial team.
* Develop a quality culture throughout the manufacturing site by supporting the sFGM and senior team to continuously improve against standards.
