Multi Skilled Handyperson

Location; Falmer (Sussex)

Monday to Friday - 40 hours

Static Site- Vehicle provided whilst onsite

Temp to Perm Contract

Hourly rate; £12.02 per hour (equivalent to £25,000 per annum) negotiable depending on experience

Working for a leading Multi-National Facilities Maintenance company on an exciting Public Sector contract based in East London, looking for an experienced Handyperson

Duties requested of a Multi Skilled Handyperson

* Carry out planned/ Reactive maintenance work within Commercial environments
* Reporting any additional works to Supervisors
* Ensure compliance with contract KPIs and SLAs with the support of the Team Leader Assist with all related Health & Safety matters
* Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements at all times
* To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required to support the account and the business in general

Qualifications

Hold a recognised qualification Electrical / Plumbing/ Carpentry / building / general qualifications in building services

Price / Salary: £12.02 - £13.00/hour
