Are you a driven and motivated Administrator who is looking for an exciting opportunity? Are you looking for a role where you will play a key part in continued growth? Don't look anywhere else; we have the perfect role for you which you can start right now.

A leading construction company have an exciting position for a proven Administrator, to contribute positively towards their vibrant IT Procurement team in Watford (WD24).

* 6 month contract
* £11 p/h + Holiday pay
* Full time in Watford
* Excellent working environment with driven and motivated workforce

This role is a very varied position, some of your duties will be:

* Logging tickets into the system from emails
* Correctly updating tickets in the system and assigning them where necessary within the team, or to other teams within the department
* Process end user Service Requests in line with the department policies and procedures
* Arranging Hardware collections
* Ordering of approved equipment via online portal, telephone and e-mail, liaise with the supplier and our customer to ensure that orders are completed within SLA and confirm goods delivered.
* Updating Stock Lists of reusable hardware including laptops, desktops, and mobile phones.
* Answering Inbound phone calls regarding IT Procurement and Mobile Devices
* Ensure that the completion of Service Requests and Incidents are completed within the Service Level Targets.
* Adheres to the Departments Service Management Processes to ensure consistent support and delivery of IT Services.
* Dealing with deliveries and allocation of kit as per Department Procedures
* Dealing with the ordering, delivery and allocation of peripherals

* To assist the ITSupport Team, and potentially the rest of the IT Department as required, with daily Procurement duties and tasks.
* The role is a non-technical role and desired skills are for someone with a good knowledge of the MS Office package and attention to detail, as well as
* The ability to self-manage assigned tasks and responsibilities.
* Good inter-personal skills are a must, as well as being able to work in a Team environment.
* Enthusiasm to learn and have a very active input into the services delivered by the company.
