Gas Safe Plumber

Are you a commercial Gas engineer with experience of heating systems?
Basic Salary: £35 000 - £45 000 Overtime (3-4K+) + 20 days' holiday + BH + Pension + company vehicle

WELL ESTABLISHED ORGANISATION: An established organisation who are targeting new markets through expansion and acquisitions. They have recently won large contracts with public and private sector landlords which they require extra staff to fulfil.

THE OPPORTUNITY: Initially you will be carrying out inspections of vacant properties and writing reports for landlords. You will then carry out installation work to make it fit for purpose and remedial repairs when required. You will also be responsible for ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to.

THE CANDIDATE: You will be a gas safe plumber or come from a background in General Maintenance (domestic qualified) or Plumbing (domestic qualified). You must hold a full clean driving licence and be willing to travel to Central London once or twice a week.

THE PACKAGE:
* Basic Salary: £35 000 - £40 000 + Bonus
* 20 days holiday plus statutory / Company Vehicle / Pension
