My national client is looking to recruit a self starting sales administrator to join their small but friendly team within a growing organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after an external sales team providing them with information on products and pricing. In addition you will be responsible for writing up quotations and submitting them in a timely and professional manner to the customers.

The role includes:

* Answer incoming calls and emails from clients and colleagues
* Provide product information and pricing
* Occasional customer service for existing customers
* liaising with internal departments
* Produce and send quotes to prospect clients on behalf of the sales rep
* Liaise with external sales rep to gather information and input
* Enter sales orders onto a bespoke system
* Raising invoices

Hours: 37.5 / week

This is a temporary position expected to continue for approximately 2 - 3 months however could have opportunities for the right candidates.
