Hamlin Knight are currently recruiting for a Sales and Service Adviser to join an international training organisation in their busy Coventry office.

As a sales and service adviser, you will be a great "all-rounder" who can provide excellent levels of customer service, sales and first class levels of administration.

Duties will include:
* Answering incoming calls from prospects, clients and suppliers. Managing their first experience
* Providing callers with information on our courses and if they are right for the caller
* Making customer service calls to previous clients to gauge their reaction to the training
* Adding training leads and customers to CRM system
* Maintaining trainer calendars and booking in materials for printing, collating and distribution
* Managing programme schedules and clients to ensure their programmes run smoothly
* Make outbound sales and service calls to existing and new clients
* Adding course bookings onto out invoice system
* Organise courses, arrange lunches, logistics and materials
* Preparing and sending out confirmation of training terms to trainers and customers
* Liaising, via telephone and email with training venues/hotels
* Booking hotel accommodation and flights for trainers
* Performing any other administrative/operational tasked associated with the day-to-day running of the business to include sales, marketing and finance

The successful candidate will be a team player and have a "can-do" attitude, a great telephone manner, excellent MS Office skills and interpersonal skills, customer service and sales skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
