Customer Service Welsh speaking Advisor -Temporary- 20-30hrs per week

£8.01 per hour, progressing with length of service

Cardiff Central

Are you immediately available for Welsh speaking Customer Service work and seeking a flexible part time temporary role? Do you enjoy speaking with customers and working in a Customer Service environment? If so, we'd like to hear from you.

Please note, this is not a sales role and is solely focused around customer service and appointment setting.

Duties to include:

* Making outbound calls to customers in Welsh and making scheduled appointments
* Running through data protection questioning with customers and adhering to data protection policy at all times
* Updating in house data base with accurate customer and appointment information
* Taking inbound calls from internal departments and providing appropriate information/literature as required
* Providing a positive service to all customers at all times

The key skills that we are looking for are:

* Flexibility in approach to hours

You will be working as part of a down to earth and friendly team in state of the art offices based in central Cardiff.

Applicants will be subject to a DBS check, however, this will be processed during employment and will not delay start date.
