Our client is looking for an efficient and accurate Administrator to join their busy and established team. This is a long term ongoing temporary role which should lead to a permanent role in the future. This role will be full time Monday - Friday and is starting ASAP following an interview.
Your duties will be to:
* Assessing suitability and quality of project files and submissions paperwork
* Scanning and shredding of files
* Quality review of return paperwork
* General administrative duties
* General day to day customer support and liaison
* Maintaining data on the system and in spreadsheets
The ideal candidate will have some previous administration/ customer service office experience and have excellent attention to detail at all times. A confident and clear telephone manner is essential as well as good written communication skills. The role requires a strong team work ethic and a 'can do' approach to ensure deadlines are met.
You will receive full training on the industry for this role and will be well supported throughout by your Manager and team. This company offer a great opportunity to learn and progress your career and salary with them.
