Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Deputy Manager within an EMI Residential home situated in a picturesque location.

The home has room for up to 40 residents, and as Deputy Manager it would be your responsibility to oversee all aspects of care delivery in the Home including planning staff rotas, care planning, performance of the care teams and maintaining a positive culture. You will also manage the home in the absence of the Registered Manager, and ensure a quality service is delivered in line with CSSIW essential standards.

In order to be suitable for this role, you will need to have substantial experience within a supervisory or management level role, as well as a Level 3 in Health and Social Care. The Level 5 in Leadership would also be highly beneficial.

Price / Salary: £26000 - £33000/annum
