Our client, an innovative growing FMCG business, has an opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to provide Generalist HR advice and support to employees and managers at their site near Goole.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and day to day HR advice and support to employees and the site leadership team. This will include recruitment, sickness, absence, new starters, inductions, managing the training provision and processing leavers.

To be considered for this opportunity you should be degree and, CIPD, qualified, with HR Management experience gained in a manufacturing / factory environment or similar. You will be a strong communicator with an ability to develop relationships at all levels, and have a 'can do' attitude. A driving licence is essential.
