A self-motivated Office Manager (Secretary) with experience of working in a similar role?
Possessing the ability to take this newly formed, varied role and make it your own?

Enjoys the challenge of management of a small team and responsibility for Facility Management?

Joining an established organisation within the construction sector, this role is key to their imminent office move and management of the new building. You'll not get bored as each day will be different for you, from supervising the team, providing secretarial support, event planning, to rolling up your sleeves and doing good old admin!

You will have the personality and drive to make this role your own and not be afraid to push forward and make cost saving decisions for the business.

Varied and interesting, your role as the office manager will be -
* Responsible for the upkeep of the building and facility management
* Monitoring the scheduling of Health and Safety/ Electrical testing and reporting
* Providing secretarial and general admin support within the management team
* Managing a small team of administrators to ensure their efficiency and development

No doubt your CV will demonstrate this clearly within an office manager capacity. You will most definitely be enthusiastic and have a proactive approach to get fully involved and get the job done.
