Purosearch are working in partnership with a blue chip care provider who require a new Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager to oversee a small, luxury, residential care home based in the Reading area.
As Care Home Manager you will oversee the management of a beautiful care home. This home is fully compliant with a great reputation.

Our client prefers to hire an experienced Care Home Manager. Care Home Managers should have strong commercial awareness and should have a good track record of obtaining good CQC reports.

As Care Home Manager you will ensure the home is fully compliant and continues to deliver high calibre care to all residents. As Care Home Manager you will define care strategies, write policies and procedures, oversee care planning and ensure that the home is as successful as possible.

The successful Care Home Manager candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
-Proven track record of successful care home management
-Proven success in the care home sector
-Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
-Strong business management
Duties will include:
-Overall responsibility of the care home
-Staff management
-Care plans/reviews/meetings
-Budget management for the home

Price / Salary: £35000 - £36000/annum
