Are you a driven Senior Mental Health Professional (NMC/HCPC) seeking a unique challenge? We are looking to engage with an exceptional Quality and Compliance Lead who will also act as Assistant Clinical Lead. As the successful applicant you will help shape and develop services at our clients hospital in Sheffield.

The service offers a range of inpatient services for both adults and young people. You will become part of a senior management team that is focused on delivering outstanding patient care through a variety of proven treatment models.

From you, we'll need a proven track record of implementing service improvement strategies across similar clinical services. You will have experience of working in a forensic setting and the ability to demonstrate successful change management, leadership and staff development initiatives.

You will be supported by an established team of expertise and senior leaders and be given all the tools to develop yourself and obtain new skills and qualifications to strengthen yours and the organisations position.

This is a leadership role and you will be an experienced mental health nurse/therapist/social worker with previous SMT experience and proven success in Quality/Compliance post. Reporting to the clinical manager there will be responsibility to provide direction and support to the Wards, Clinical Teams and Unit Managers and drive Non-clinical matters such as study leave and attendance at a post graduate education/CPD level and training

Price / Salary: £40000 - £45000/annum bonus
