Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work on behalf of our market leading provider of outsourced contact centre services and software solutions based in Glasgow.

Our client is looking for a team of experienced Customer Service Advisors to join one of the UKs leading energy suppliers of both Gas and Electricity.

As a Customer Service Advisor your role is to resolve billing queries and payment issues for customers who pay by any other payment besides Pre-payment, ensuring that you have provided the customer with a high standard of service on all aspects of the call.

Start Date: On going

Contract: Full Time, Permanent 40 hours per week

Salary: £7.50 which increases to £7.70 after 3 months probationary period.

Training: 6 weeks

Price / Salary: £7.50 - £7.70/hour
