Assistant Cost Manager / CM / Assistant Quantity Surveyor / QS wanted for leading construction company with multiple UK sites.

Location: South Wales

The role of Assistant Cost Manager / CM / Assistant Quantity Surveyor / QS will involve:

- Delivering new developments including mixed use, commercial and industrial

- Reporting to the Senior QS

- Sub contractor management

- Measuring every material / quantity required

- Progress meetings

- Project values range from several hundred thousand up to over five million pounds

The salary my client is ideally looking to pay the Assistant Cost Manager / CM / Assistant Quantity Surveyor / QS ranges between £28,000-£33,000 + benefits.

Interviews for the Assistant Cost Manager / CM / Assistant Quantity Surveyor / QS are being held from the 15th November and the interview process is usually a two stage process.

The successful Assistant Cost Manager / CM / Assistant Quantity Surveyor / QS will have around 2 years professional experience and a main contracting or developer background. They should be degree educated and an excellent communicator with good Microsoft office skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
