Our Client, a private members club steeped in History are looking to add to their brigade with an experienced Chef De Partie (CDP). With a worldwide membership base this 5-star club is quintessentially English so excellence and accountability is what this Private Club is all about. The ever changing a la carte menu is very much produce driven with no expense being spared on quality

Working under a Head Chef who has run teams at some of the best establishments in Europe you will be mentored and given the opportunity to grow and progress your career to senior CDP or Sous levels.

Minimum expectations
1 years Experience of working in a professional kitchen as a Chef De
Partie (CDP)
The want to grow and develop your culinary skills
Able to perform within a high-pressure environment
Working well within a team as well as on own initiative
Experience in a 5-star venue is preferable but not necessary
