Salary: £23,000 - £30,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Town Planner to join an established independent consultancy in Blackburn. The successful Town Planner can expect to take on a varied workload, preparing applications for residential, leisure, rural and education developments.

Ideally candidates will have a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant planning discipline and be MRTPI although candidates working towards this will also be considered. A minimum of two years post-qualification town planning experience is essential as it the ability to prepare high quality written reports.

Within the role the successful Town Planner will undertake site development appraisals, deliver expert planning advice to clients and prepare planning applications and appeals.
