Extrastaff Ltd are looking for enthusiastic people to act as a street ambassador for our client who provide face to face customer service in Oxford. As Street Ambassadors you will be at the centre of the action, ensuring that you are providing an efficient and reliable service.

Responsibilities would include:

* Acting as an ambassador dealing directly with customers
* Providing information, directions and assistance with the service
* Responding to customer enquiries and reports
* Locating leased equipment and carrying out basic safety checks and minor adjustments
* Working closely with head office to report and raise any issues
* Redistributing equipment to improve user experience
* Updating systems using mobile apps

Shifts would be as follows:-

Monday to Friday -

8am to 2pm

2pm to 8pm

9am to 5pm

Full training is provided.

Please be aware this role will involve lots of walking and cycling, you will be required to work outside.
