Sales Consultant required by Motor Dealership based in Bolton, Lancashire. OTE of £30K-£35K depending on skills and experience.

We have a state of the art new showroom and are looking for well-presented individuals of high personal standards with strong communication skills to complement our existing sales teams. You should also be prepared to work evenings and weekends as part of a sales team rota to cover our busy showroom and maximize earning potential.

You may currently be employed in a competitive sales environment selling white goods, furniture, home improvements or IT/communication solutions and looking for a new career path?

Alternatively, you may already be a motor industry sales professional working in the franchised network sector and looking for a new challenge?

With 30 Days holiday (inc BH's) plus a company car we are offering opportunities for both experienced and non-experienced Sales Consultants.

For Experienced Motor Industry Sales Consultants the basic is £15K and comprehensive in-house and manufacturer training will be provided to fine tune existing sales skills to excel in providing "world-class" customer service and exceed realistic sales targets. Expected OTE £35K+.

For those who have no experience but have the commitment and drive to join a fast-paced industry - they will receive first-class Manufacturer training so that with hard work and determination they could expect an OTE of £30K within their first year, building on a £15K basic.
