Success Recruit are currently working with a leading supplier based in South Essex who provide a high-end bespoke service in the construction industry, who are currently looking to recruit a Part-Time Accounts Assistant on a 1-year FTC covering maternity leave.
The successful Part-Time Accounts Assistant will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills and will be responsible for providing a variety of accounts support.
The successful Part-Time Accounts Assistant will be expected to:

Job Specification
Purpose of the role:
The successful Part-Time Accounts Assistant will be responsible for all general accounts and accounts administration, supporting the department with any other related tasks as and when required.
Duties will include:
Updating and processing customer invoices
Raising purchase and sales ledger
Monthly reconciliations
Monitoring van trackers and processing staff hours worked
Customer reporting
Spreadsheet analysis
Monitoring cash flow
Processing bank payments
The successful Part-Time Accounts Assistant will be able to conduct themselves professionally and will be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Our client is looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and who will have previous experience using Sage.

08:00am 5:00pm
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Salary:
Circa £25,000 Pro Rata
Price / Salary: £25000/annum
