As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be working in one of Southamptons best hotel restaurants where the finest local, sustainable and seasonal foods and ingredients are served. The position is permanent.

You will report to and support the Duty Restaurant Manager to drive department profitability through ensuring internal and external guests have the best experience possible at every single touch point, service, food and ambiance.

Knowledge and Skills:
As Restaurant Supervisor you will need experience of working in a quality food and beverage outlet together with a passion for customer excellence.
Knowledge of wines would be a distinct advantage.
Previous Food and Beverage experience is essential together with a passion for customer excellence.
