Your new company
My client are a major award winning house builder who operate across the UK. They have a newly created role within their Customer Care team for an experienced Administrator and customer service professional.
Your new role
Working closely with the Customer Service Manager you will manage all customer related issues through to resolution by managing the administration of the department to ensure it operates efficiently and effectively. Including answering all incoming calls, making sure that any defects or issues are dealt with by the appropriate team, maintain the customer service log and generate professional reports to update senior personnel on any issues.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have a background in house building or construction, however candidates form other backgrounds will be considered if you can demonstrate a passion for quality and professionalism. A strong background in administration and/or secretarial work will also be required.
