Manpower has an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established household name within the Financial Services industry based in Milton Keynes. We are currently recruiting for New Business Advisors.

The New Business department is responsible for the processing of over 500,000 contracts which include applications for finance and service plans.

Responsibilities;

*Responding to dealer enquiries by phone and email.
*Processing proposed agreements procedures and ensuring response time guidelines are followed, with speed and accuracy being paramount.
*Validating customer documentation for proposal details when received and authorising appropriate payment to the dealer.
*Building relationships and working closely with a number of internal VWFS departments and group brands.
*Dealing with a variety of administration tasks which require to be completed within the Department Service Level.
*Pro-active in following up quoted business with retailer by chasing deals at activation declined.
*Identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting key initiatives as a business area SME.
*Maintaining your level of understanding of the FCA regulations to ensure you are competent to fulfil your role

Requirements;

*Strong customer service focus essential and a customer friendly manner at all times
*Able to demonstrate systematic thought processes.
*Able to cope with pressure and meet deadlines, and to work a flexible working pattern incl. evenings and weekends

£9.98 per hour
Start Date: Jan 2018
Shifts are between 8am - 8pm, Monday to Friday and rotational Saturdays
35 Hours a week
