The Company
A leading international Bank in the City is looking for an Assistant to work in its London office. The role is working as Assistant for the Global Head of Risk which will involve; diary management, arranging meetings, extensive travel arrangements, expenses, client liaison and some personal PA duties. They are looking for a candidate with experience working at senior level within Finance or Banking who has good IT, communication and administration skills. The Role
- Extensive use of Outlook to include Inbox management for travelling bankers
- Extensive diary management and meeting co-ordination
- Extensive travel arrangements for frequently changing travel schedules: co-ordination of flights, tickets, FX, accommodation, ground transportation and itinerary creation
- Management of expense reimbursement and account reconciliation process
- Timely production/editing of presentation material for use at meetings/presentations, which may involve liaison with computer graphics and reprographics services
- Project: correspondence with client parties, creating and maintaining working group lists, project filing and archiving
- Entering data into the internal management information system on bankers' behalf
- Preparation and maintenance of comprehensive handover notes for each assignment
- Ad-hoc duties as required
The Person
- Ability to analyse problems and proactively find solutions.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills. Excellent phone manner.
- Organised and detail oriented.
- Good awareness of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
