Lloyd Recruitment Services is delighted to be recruiting for one of its very loyal clients in the outskirts of Reigate. An extremely well established business which has enjoyed many years of success. This role is to work as part of the administration team that support complaints management and provision of a quality assurance service.
The Opportunity
Management of Customer complaints related to product quality issues.
Management of communications with local and regional stakeholders related to product quality complaints.
Generation of complaint response letters.
Assist with the collection of data and metrics.
Contribute to product quality investigations.
Support internal audits.
Assist with completion or follow-up of audit Corrective and Preventive Actions.
Essential Requirements
Must have a life sciences technical degree.
Extensive administrative experience that demonstrates an ability to carry out all office functions.
Proficiently.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to respond with professionalism in verbal as well as written communications.
Excellent attention to detail, planning and follow-up skills.
Demonstrates resourcefulness with an ability to anticipate needs, be proactive and apply initiative.
Excellent judgement as well as the ability to work with confidential documents and information.
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Customer Service Orientated.
