We have an opportunity within a market-leading property investment company for a confident, switched-on candidate to join them as a Property Sales Negotiator and lead the development of a new division.

You will be working with high net-worth individuals and investors who are looking to buy/sell high-yield buy-to-let properties throughout the UK and overseas. This role is perfect with someone with high levels of drive and strong business acumen, who can liaise and close deals at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities for the Property Sales Negotiator will include:

* Sourcing the latest investment opportunities by liaising with current landlords looking to sell property
* Take hot properties to market, working with your network of clients to develop sales pipeline
* Developing business with prospective clients through new business work
* Working towards KPIs and targets
* Organising workload appropriately to make good use of time and maximise sales opportunities

Property Sales Negotiator Requirements:

* 12+ months experience in telephone-based sales
* Property/Financial industries preferred, however all sales backgrounds will be considered
* Ability to present well and conduct business face-to-face when necessary
* Drive and ambition to develop into senior sales roles

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a basic salary of £18,000 and a competitive, uncapped commission structure that can see earnings upwards of £35,000. Demand for this role will be high, so if you are interested please apply with your CV ASAP
