An experienced Civil Engineer is required by our client who are one of Europe's leading specialists in environmental engineering and environmental management boasting a strong track record of major studies for national governments and international bodies. Civil Engineers who apply will be looking for an exciting role within a market leading specialist environmental company and be prepared to work on a variety of projects whilst gaining invaluable experience that will help develop any career.

The position is based in the Midlands office as part of a new team of civil working for this dynamic organisation that is seeking to expand and is looking to offer excellent progression and career opportunity to the successful candidate.

For this role as a Civil Engineer, you will be required to have knowledge of:

* Drainage and surface water projects
* Flood walls/ embankments
* Planning approval
* Outline and conceptual design
* Relevant industry CAD packages
* Civil engineering design calculations, specifications, drawings and technical information
* Preparing and checking designs, drawings and calculations
