A great opportunity has come about working for one of the most exciting brands in the world! They are looking for a strong HR Data Analyst/Administrator candidate to come on board and help to grow and develop their HR reporting function and to support their Reward Manager in planning for the new HRIS i.e data preparation, cleansing etc. The right candidate would assist with management reporting and ensure relevant reports are produced as required for the team and other stakeholders timely and accurately (e.g. headcount report, starters/leavers report, recruitment / diversity and inclusion stats, org charts). Looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
* Analyse data to explain trends (future and past), retention, compensation, time to fill, recruitment sources, promotion, learning and development reporting and other data analysis and management information required to support HR decision making using all HR systems available.
* Advanced Excel - the right candidate must be able to use Excel for reporting including formula's, pivot tables and vlookups.
* Forward thinking, with the ability to analyse the data reported and use it to push the business
* Ideally someone that has worked on Access and has done reports using excel and access.
* Experience of the full HR Administration processes - Prepare paperwork relating to new joiners, employees and leavers, ensuring any changes are reflected on the HR system and fed through to the relevant payroll. Proactively producing all paperwork for any relevant employee changes (salary increases, maternity/paternity leave, role changes etc.
* Experience of working within a dynamic HR team mainly within the backend, using analytical skills to generate reports and ability to assess data used for meetings with team and CEO
This is a 6 month contract, all candidates will be tested on their excel knowledge both at registration stage and at interview stage. The right candidate has to have the analytical experience, ability to manipulate and pull data, be happy to do all HR Administration and have advanced excel.
