Our client, an IFA in East Sussex, is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their team.

You will be joining a team where the service provided is of the upmost importance. Therefore, they have a low case holding rate in comparison to other IFA's/LA's so you will not be stretched far and thin. This will allow you more time to focus on your cases and deliver an excellent service whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The office is based in a fantastic seaside location so you'd be able to enjoy the scenery whilst travelling to and from cases.

We're looking for individuals with a minimum of 1 years experience in fostering (ideally within an Independent Fostering Agency) to join this exceptional team in delivering a high quality service.
