I am currently seeking a permanent Civils / Groundworks Estimator to work with a UK contractor who has established itself as both a successful and well-respected civil engineering and groundworks contractors.

Within this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following

* Manage multiple tenders at a time
* Building up tender price from first principles looking at the scope of works, program and specification of the project.
* Working closely with the preconstruction team to ensure buildability of submitted tenders

The Ideal candidate would have as follows:

* Previous experience working as a Estimator
* BSc, HNC, HND or vocational equivalent
* CSCS Card
* Couple of references
