A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to work for a large independent all make commercial vehicle dealership based in Leeds. The team is committed to providing a first class service to customers where a "can do attitude" is absolutely essential. This position will be front counter based so candidates who thrive in a target driven, telesales role will excel! This is an exciting role that could also develop into field based position.

Job Role:
Working as part of the front counter team your duties will be as follows:
- Having a good understanding of commercial vehicle parts, in particular HGV.
- Handling all queries and converting these into orders.
- Driving the business forward by generating new business.
- Developing both new and existing business.
- Liaising with the back office team to ensure the customer requirements are met.
- Ensuring all other administrative duties are correctly carried out as requested.
Requirements:

- Good understanding of commercial parts.
- Telesales experience.
- Good PC skills.
- Excellent administrative skills and telephone manner.
- Full UK driving licence.
